The 4th Mindfulness and Vipassana Course for English Speakers
7-11 September 2016 – Sri-Racha, Thailand
This Mindfulness and Insight Meditation course is organised by Luangpor Pramote’s students. Their objective is to provide the principal aspects of mindfulness and insight meditation for English speakers living in or visiting Thailand. Experienced practitioners who understand the need for strong mindfulness in Vipassana practice will also find this course beneficial.

Venue: Suwan Resort and Driving Range Sri-Racha
During the course, participants will learn from Luangpor Pramote’s assistant teachers about mindfulness meditation practices. On day 3-5, you will hear Luangpor Pramote’s Dhamma talks with live English translation at Wat Suan Santidham. Here you can “submit homework” to Luangpor Pramote on your mindfulness practice during the Q&A session for individual advice.
Prerequisite:
Your genuine interest in Mindfulness and Vipassana practice.
It is necessary for participants to study Luangpor Pramote’s teachings prior to this course. All English teaching are available on Dhamma.com and Dhamma.com YouTube channel.
Cost (5 Days 4 Nights):
11,000 Thai Baht per person for Single occupancy;
9,000 Thai Baht per person for Double/Triple occupancy
The course fees are not in any way for profits. They cover your accommodation, daily meals and transportation to and from Wat Suansantidham. There is no charge to access to Wat Suansantidham. The instructors and volunteers do not charge any fees and also pay for their own expenses.

Important Notes:
The course is organised by a small group of Luangpor Pramote’s students who understand such needs from non-Thai speaking practitioners.
All of the teachings are conducted in Thai with English translation.
The organiser would like to emphasize that even though Luangpor Pramote has permitted the team to make arrangement for this course, Luangpor Pramote Pamojjo and his assistant teachers did not initiate this event.
